The op was very quick with no problems.
Mr Joshi explained very clearly what was going to happen.
All the staff were very helpful.
Obviously the only thing that could be improved is the waiting time.

I was processed very quickly from my first appt for assessment through to the operation.
I was kept informed of operation schedule and everything that would be taking place around operation.
Given plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
